We are shocked and saddened by the apparent murder of Aasiya Hassan by her husband.  We support the work of Bridges TV since it is an important resource for all Americans, including the American Muslim community.

We condemn all acts of domestic violence and support efforts in all communities, including our own, to prevent such horrible and devastating crimes.  We encourage everyone to become educated regarding domestic violence.  If you would like information about the Bridges to Family Harmony Coalition forming in the Los Angeles area to educate our community regarding domestic violence, contact us at mwl@mwlusa.org.
